How do new students find themselves in Krakow?

The project was carried out as part of a service design class
in a group of four. The goal of the task was to find a socially oriented problem and find solutions using the double diamond and various methods of the design process.
The double diamond method allows both the broadening of the perspective 
and its subsequent condensation.
The first part is exploring, at first we ourselves wondered about the potential communication difficulties faced by new students in the city.
Afterwards, we checked them in a focus group interview.
The second stage of the double diamond is definition. It involves narrowing down the issue and naming the problem.
In the Customer journey method, we used the Miro.
The third stage is develop. This is the moment when we look for a solution to the problem that we have clarified in the previous stage.
An interesting creative method is Worst possible idea, which consists of two parts. The first requires us to figure out how to make a particular service/product even worse than it already is. This is a great way to stimulate creativity. The second part allows you to turn these Worst possible ideas into good solutions.
Brain writing is what is known as Silent brainstorming. This is a particularly good method if we have a concern that the discussion would be mastered by one person, which would not allow others to speak.
The final stage of the double diamond is deliver. This is the time to create prototypes of our solutions.
This project is extremely rich in knowledge. The number of methods
of finding creative solutions that I have learned through it is impressive.
I am also pleased with the solutions we came to through it, they seem interesting, feasible and helpful.
